DEPOSIT
$50 nonrefundable deposit is required at time of booking! Although your deposit is nonrefundable, you may use it towards another date as long as you give us a 14 day event date cancellation notice.
DELIVERY & PICKUP
Delivery Fees are $2 per mile from Thousand Oaks or $20 minimum delivery fee. Pickup is the same rate and only applies to rental items.
SETUP
Setup Fee is $20. We give ourselves 30 minutes to setup your event. We arrive
with inflated balloons and ready to install. Please note that if you are providing
backdrops, they must be setup prior to our arrival so that we do not extend
our 30 minute setup time due to scheduling of multiple events in the day.
